Firearms will be shipped to the FFL of the customer’s choice. Ammunition and accessories may be shipped directly to the customer.

RX Ordnance will help replace defective or damaged products. Ammunition is non-returnable unless defective, so please double check you are ordering the correct caliber. Once a firearm has been transferred with a 4473, it is non-returnable. Please contact the manufacturer for support.
